1. Acceptance
By accessing Khotel Stays you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The platform
Khotel Stays connects guests with hosts of curated short-term residences. We are not a party to the rental agreement between guest and host; we provide the platform that introduces them.
3. Host responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of offering their property for short-term rental, and for honouring confirmed bookings. Hosts agree not to redirect guests to off-platform booking channels through this site.
4. Guest responsibilities
Guests agree to respect the property and house rules, and to communicate truthfully with hosts.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: posting unlawful or misleading content, scraping the platform, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to harass other users.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — excluding host-provided listings — is owned by Khotel Stays or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khotel Stays is not liable for damages arising from a stay, a host, or a guest's conduct.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
